Contractor (Outside of IR35)

Rate: £350 per day (Remote working)

The company mission is to drive growth and success for businesses through cutting-edge technology solutions. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a seasoned Digital Commerce Consultant to join their dynamic team.

Role Description

As a Technical Product Manager/Digital Commerce Consultant, you will play a vital role in client projects, serving as a key liaison between the organization and stakeholders. Your expertise in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Delivery Management and Consulting will be instrumental in shaping and executing successful digital commerce initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their vision and business objectives.

  • Define product roadmaps and strategies aligned with commerce products such as Salesforce Commerce and SAP Commerce.

  • Utilize your expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies to manage projects efficiently.

  • Act as a Certified Scrum Master and SAFe professional, leading daily stand-ups, resolving impediments, conducting sprint reviews and overseeing project planning.

  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate open communication with business/client's commerce managers and cross-functional teams.

  • Conduct inception analysis, preparing business cases, conducting cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility studies to ensure project viability.

  • Provide expert guidance on requirements management, Agile practices, ways of working, user experience management, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) stages.

  • Possess exceptional communication skills, taking a proactive and dynamic approach to problem-solving and demonstrating the ability to be a reliable "go-to person" for project-related matters.

Skills and Experience

  • We are looking for a strong Technical PM, with experience on the Marketing Product platform and/or PEGA products would be a plus.

  • Strong experience in the digital commerce domain, showcasing a track record of success.

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris and Commerce Tools.

  • Certified Scrum Master and experienced in SAFe practices.

  • Demonstrated experience in Agile project management, including resource planning and RAID log management.

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and lead effective workshops and brainstorming sessions.

  • Proficient in conducting business case preparation, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility studies.

  • Excellent team management skills and a positive attitude in a diverse work environment.
